Compensation Request Information
Compensation requests are carried out on a goodwill basis by our Management team.
The decisions of these requests are final, please do not make duplicate requests.
Typically requests are usually handled within a few days, however under certain circumstances they may take up to 14 days.
If you do not respond to a request within 48 hours, it may be denied. You made the request, it is your responsibility to keep track of it.
Compensation requests require an unedited video that shows the short lead up to the event resulting in the loss of items.
Acceptable Compensation Circumstances- Suffered a loss due to another player breaking a rule.
- Server Issues (Random Death / Bug)
- Unannounced restarts
Unacceptable Compensation Circumstances- User Error
- Client Issues
- Scammed within roleplay
