Compensation Request Information
Compensation requests are carried out on a goodwill basis by our Administration team.
The decisions of these requests are final, please do not make duplicate requests.
Typically requests are usually handled within a few days, however under certain circumstances they may take up to 14 days.
If you do not respond to a request within 48 hours, it may be denied.
Compensation requests require an unedited video that shows a short lead up to the event resulting in the loss of items.
Acceptable Compensation Circumstances- Suffered a loss due to another player breaking a rule.

- Scammed within roleplay
